Well a week from tomorrow is the BIG day! They will transfer the last two eggs we have and I can’t wait. But before that I have a TON of stuff I need to do to prepare to do it.
Sunday (yup Sunday) I had to go in and get blood work and ultrasound to make sure that everything is going well. I got a grade “A”, which means that it is the best it can be and I am doing what I need to do the IVF.
So from now to next week Wednesday I have:
- More lupron shots to take (SOOO much fun to give yourself a shot! I have a small bruise where I pricked myself before one of the shots! LOL)
- more hormone patches (I wear 3 at a time right now it will go down to 2 and then none)
- Baby aspirin
- prenatal vitamin
- Medrol shot in the butt (I think hubby is ready for this LOL)
- other stuff I can’t remember!
My face is really broken out but I know in the end it will be worth it!
SOOO many things to do SOO little time!

Hooray for an A!!!
Look at you with an A! My hubby would be ready for the butt shot too!
Congratulations on the grade A! I wish you all the best these coming weeks. It's funny I'm reading this now. I just got back from my IVF doctor's office to deliver/donate the meds (Bravelle,Menopur, etc) that I never used. And when I dropped it off, I said to the receptionist, "I'm done". I think I surprised even myself when I uttered those words. Anyway, good luck again and try to take it easy
Thanks for stopping by my blog! I wish you the best of luck with your IVF! I have a few friends with IVF babies and I know it's a long process but I'm hoping and praying that everything goes well!!!
Best of luck!
