I am always on the look out for fast, easy recipes that are healthy but doesn’t taste that way! This recipe is SO easy you can have it set to go in the oven in less than 5 minutes! There is only about 190 calories!
I got this recipe from Spark People. This website is one of my favorite out there! Healthy recipes that actually taste good!
3 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese (I used the stuff you put on spaghetti)
3 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 1/2 Tsp Italian seasoning (parsely, oregano, etc)
1 Tbsp Garlic Salt OR 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
Directions (this is the complicated part! )
Put all ingredients in a bowl (or I put them in a bag and shook it) except chicken.
After ingredients are mixed together add the chicken in the bag and shake it (I did use milk to moisten the chicken to have the stuff stick better) up to you if you want to)
Put on greased cookies sheet
Bake in oven at 400 until done. Turn chicken over halfway through to get a nice brown crust on both sides.
- 3 (4oz) Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
- 3 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
- 1½ Tsp Italian Seasoning (parsley, oregano..)
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic Salt OR 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- Preheat oven to 400*
- Combine all ingredients except Chicken in shallow dish, so that they are blended well. Dip chicken in the mixture, coating both sides. Place on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 400* for about 15 minutes, turn each breast and continue to bake an additional 15 minutes. Chicken should be nicely golden brown and no longer pink inside.
