So it is 110 outside and you have newly freed children that already are saying “I’m bored” and you are desperately are trying to think of something to do that does not involve video games.  Safeway actually has a good answer for this.  June is national dairy month at Safeway (#JuneDairyMovies). How does this solve your problem? Well do you like movies? How about food your children can help make? That gives them two activities to do in one shop!

With National Dairy month at Safeway spend $40 on  the specially marked products and get two movie tickets to Ice Age 4.

Air conditioning + non-bored children= happy mom.

I am watching a little girl over the summer and of course I have my son so of course I jumped at this!

Off to Safeway we went. We barely walked in the door when my son saw his favorite thing…

Olives! He LOVES olives!

I walked on the side of danger and went down the candy and snack row with a 4 and 6 year old… yeah never a good idea!

So after peeling my kiddos out of the candy row we finally got what we needed and also stuff to make a great dessert but more important…

get the coupon for the 2 free movie tickets. As you can see almost everything in this picture is stuff you buy any way SO why not get movie tickets with it? There is A LOT of food to choose from to get these tickets so it is easy to get them.  The best part is you don’t need to spend $40 all in one shopping trip if you don’t want to. With Safeway’s affiliate card you can come back any time from now until June 30th and once you hit $40 the catalina will print out this coupon for you!
