I can’t believe that it is already Monday! Where did the weekend go???

Who wants to share what they plan on making this week?  Tell me your weekly meal plan!! I have a recipe that I want to share but cannot get wordpress to cooperate with me to upload the pictures! Once I can get them to upload I will add pictures (who knows it could be by next week Monday LOL)

1) Quick and easy Chicken Enchiladas (this is an easy one to make more of and freeze for another time!)

Here is the sauce I made with it (I can’t eat onions so I omited the onions. I LOVE the sauce)

2) Tomato Basil Soup with grilled cheese (Just get tomato soup, add milk instead of water. Cook at a medium/low heat add in basil and just let it simmer for  a while) I usually make homemade everything but I cannot not get my soup to taste like the store bought yet.

3) Meatballs ( I never got to them last week because I forgot my birthday was in there and we went out to eat that night)

4)Healthy baked Chicken Nuggets 

5) Spaghetti

    • Meal planning works well for that along with freezer meals! Make a few double during one week freeze the second meal and then when you know that day is going to be tough one. Take one out the night before (or the morning of) and put in the fridge to start to thaw! SOOOO nice!
