So Monday has come back with a vengeance and I am struggling this week with what to make for my weekly meal plans! I am always on the hunt for some good meals that have SOME healthy portion to them but alas sometimes I fail! SO here is what I am planning this week to make:
3) Caprese Quinoa Salad with Potato soup
5) French Toast
6) Vegetable Stir fry
7) Left overs

I knew you could freeze cheese. I do it all the time but when it would come out and I tried to cut it it would come out all chunky. This blog has a great way to avoid that!
I agree with her about eating frozen grapes! SOOOO yummy! You will never want to go back to just plain grapes! This is a great treat for the kiddos to especially in the hot summer!
