Meal planning Monday and how to freeze stuff!

So Monday has come back with a vengeance and I am struggling this week with what to make for my weekly meal plans! I am always on the hunt for some good meals that have SOME healthy portion to them but alas sometimes I fail!  SO here is what I am planning this week to make:

1) Baked Sweet and Sour chicken

2) Calzones

3) Caprese Quinoa Salad with Potato soup

4) Teriyaki Meatballs

5) French Toast

6) Vegetable Stir fry

7) Left overs

Want to know more about freezing other stuff besides meals? I ran across a blog that has a ton of great stuff. I will share a little with you as I go through it!

I knew you could freeze cheese. I do it all the time but when it would come out and I tried to cut it it would come out all chunky. This blog has a great way to avoid that!

I agree with her about eating frozen grapes! SOOOO yummy! You will never want to go back to just plain grapes! This is a great treat for the kiddos to especially in the hot summer!
