Who isn’t looking for custom and creative gifts? CLOSED

Wicked Wicker is a gift basket business that is unlike any that I have heard of before. When people think about gift baskets they automatically think of body lotions, salts etc and LOTS of filler at the bottom to make it look like there is a lot more in there than there really is. I was interested in this business both as a local Arizona business but also because her gift baskets are anything but usual!

I had the pleasure of sitting down with the creator of Wicked Wicker, Jill, and got to know her and why she created this business. She told me that it frustrated her to see what gift baskets were out there. All the filler at the bottom to make it look like there is a ton of stuff in the basket, when in reality there was really 3 or 4 things in the basket. She wanted change that.

OK I can go on for forever! Which actually is my point. There is no end to what she can do. She does totally custom baskets. The only limit is you imagination.

She will do orders for anyone from family and friends to corporate clients. Whatever you have in mind she can do.

Off roading with: Defiants 4×4′s truck review and giveaway CLOSED

Finding toys that are hearty and that can actually make it through rough play nowadays is, let’s face it, few and far between. I think the people at Defiants 4×4′s was tired of that and made a toy that is built for rough play!

I got the truck (above picture) and this track:

I also got one extra track to make it a little longer (see video below)

We got the truck and track on Friday and played with it all weekend (actually my son and a friend are playing with it as I blog now! LOL)

Here is the two tracks together and the trucks running on it! The track is really cool there is all sorts of pot holes and logs on the road!!

My son kept asking to take it outside. So we tested the REAL ruggedness of these trucks…

As you can see it goes on grass (it did have a problem in grass cuttings but that stuff is THICK!)

Then we tried it on a steep hill and it did GREAT!

We live in Arizona so there is not a TON of grass here. So we wanted to see how well it does on rocks since that is basically that is what Arizona is!

NOT A PROBLEM!

My son cannot get enough of these he has played with them almost non-stop since we got them! Jayden’s friend is a little 5 year girl she loves them just as much!!

There are two speed on the trucks low and fast. They really MOVE!! My son had a problem turning them off (the switch is in the middle of the high and low speed switch) but figured it out after a few tries!

There are 12 trucks to choose from, 5 Terrainpax and 3 flex terrains and they are just getting started!

Review & giveaway: Brami’s by Kelley CLOSED

I am SO excited to do this review and giveaway for you because these Brami’s are AWESOME! Honestly I was so happy when they let me do a review for them. I love the Brami that they sent to me! I have used it almost every day since I got it!!

So what is a Brami? The word itself is a mix of the words bra and cami. I LOVE it because I have like a whole new wardrobe in my closet! Bryton Pick Floss

Let’s be honest how many of us actually floss everyday? According to the ADA only 12% of the population flosses regularly. I will be the first to admit that if I did it once a month then I was doing well! (HA that is often!). I never have time or I am too lazy or just plain don’t want to.

I would floss if there was no string and literally take seconds to do it! (probably)

That is where Brytonpick comes in!!

I have had Brytonpick for about a week now and I have used it after dinner every night. I have to admit I am slightly motivated to try it because I just went to the dentist and had a root canal done and need one more with also a few cavities just for kicks! UGH!

So here is what I thought:

At first I was a little apprehensive about putting metal between my teeth. I thought that it would cut my gums or something worse. When I opened it the first thing I did was feel the metal. It is paper thin and flexible is not even the right word. You can bend the metal from side to side with just one finger! So now that I figured that out I wanted to try it knowing it would not cut me.

It did feel weird when I first tried it, but I got used to it pretty quickly. It is extremely easy to use! I was happy to see how quickly I could use it and be done. I actually do it while I am still at the table. I am still having problems getting it between my very back teeth but I have the same problem when I floss so I think it just comes with practice.

I can hear you thinking “BUT I have braces” This is perfect for those!! It has been developed for both with and without braces!

I hear you thinking now “but if I am supposed to floss after all meals then I have to carry this around I have no place to put it” No more excuses! This come in a storage pack that is smaller and thinner than a credit card:

The Peaceable Kingdom game Review/giveaway; CLOSED

I had the pleasure of reviewing Hoot owl Hoot by Peaceable Kingdom. I heard about it from a friend of mine who also has this game!

What a cute game this is! I was SO excited when they said I could review it and they will then supply the game for a giveaway!!

The game is for ages 4+ but honestly my kids are 3 and 4 and I am A LOT older than that and we all liked it!

The rules are simple: get the owls back to the nest before the sun come up.

For those that are “green” this game is made totally green. It is made of FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) papers and soy based ink. All of the plastics parts are made of recycled plastic and phthalate-BPA free.

The game is a cooperative game instead of a competition. They decide together which owl to move.

There is no reading involved. They move to the color the pick from the pile.

Here are the kids playing it (sorry it is side ways I didn’t know that until later but thought it was really cute anyway!!) When they moved the owls they would hoot! SOOO CUTE!! (This the only the second time we played the game so I am helping them a little)

One of the best things about this company (well besides the game itself) is that for each game that they have reviewed on Amazon they will donate that game to the school and the teacher of your choice!
